1. Meal Preparation and delivery is something many seniors may need full or part time. 

The City of Poway and Jewish Family Service are partnering resources to provide 21 meals per person per week to qualified seniors in Poway. ​

   -    Every Wednesday from 12 pm to 1pm

   -    Food is currently being distributed at 13094 Civic Center Dr Poway CA 92064

   -    Distribution is a touch-free drive thru service

2. Home Cleaning Services are easy to find just do a Google Search but when you’re a senior and would like to have a person in your home that you can trust it may be difficult to find the right person at the right price. There is a public service called IHSS that can provide housekeeping services if you qualify for their program.

3. Transportation Services for Seniors in Poway may be a bit difficult to find but you can reach out to The Friends of Poway Seniors. They offer some Free transportation to Seniors. So, if you require transportation to a doctor’s appointment or just need a ride to pick up groceries they may be able to help.

4. Exercise Services for Seniors is so important for the body and mind. That is why the City of Poway offers a variety of classes for the elderly. Everything from Dancing, Yoga, and even just stretching is offered as Free programs. Take a look at the City of Poway website to see what they offer.
