Care Choice Home Care is Partnering with The Foundation for Care Integration (FCI)
to help raise critical funding.
FCI’s goal is to drastically reduce hospitalizations and keep older, vulnerable adults in their homes by providing affordable essential home care and needed resources. This is accomplished with the help of private donations, corporate partners, fundraising, and grants.
FCI is hosting The FCI Classic Golf Tournament, Dinner, Helicopter ball drop, and additional sponsorship donations Event.
